So many times, when we were overseas, we met truly honest people.
Humans, greeting and embracing us with warmth and faith.
Laying trust in us us, in our virtues and in our work.
We want to welcome our clients with this exact same confidence and appreciate dearly when they do so in return.
We believe: nothing is more substantial and powerful than something truely authentic.
Our perception of creation dictates that it comes merely genuine or not at all.
All of our work and concept is based on this credo.
Let it be real, or leave it under its false covers.
Caspar David Schaede,
born in Germany in the late 80s.
freelancing filmmaker, photographer, traveler and writer
studied film director in Berlin, BA of arts.
Caspar picked up his Dad’s analog camera in the early 2000s to realize an highschool art project. The result has gotten not only popular in class, but also in the entire city. The filming quickly turned from chore to passion. From there on out he’s been telling his stories through a lense.
Never forgetting his roots and always remembering his dreams.
You will find him in the early morning hours, looking out over the ocean, contemplating with the first sunrays, or scanning the sky for his lost drone, which he believes, is still out there. Somewhere.
He doesn’t understand social media too well, so sometimes he randomly poses with fowl to gain attention.
Rational brain behind the operation – always pushing the limits.
Photographer, videographer and guide.
After graduating from the New York Film Academy, he began realizing visual content for the tourism industry with a focus on Southern Africa and Latin America.
Always traveling and proficient in English, Spanish and German, you have to consider time zones when contacting him.
He worked as DOP and executive producer for CCTV’s “Americas Now”, as an expedition Photographer on Mount Everest during the climbing seasons of 2014 and 2015 (before summiting unsupported in 2017), and currently leads business develpoment at Anywhere.com – a vacation planning platform.
It only took him 2 years to grow a proper mustache.
HE WILL TELL YOU THE WHERES
We embark on our journeys with dedicated talents, who individually support our objectives.
relations, creative director
Dan, executive director of TACSY is a dedicated social media geek who knows the in and outs of online content.
Caspar met and befriended Dan at a sweaty Emo Core/Punk Rock show in Cologne, where Dan performed as singer on stage.
A couple of years later, Dan led the social media campaigns for Justin Bieber and Taylor Swift in Germany.
We reckon, that displays pretty well, what growing up as a Millenial is like.
Dan also represented several international movie projects.
He is an expert when it comes to content, distribution, generating reach and building up interaction .
He makes the matches and he draws the lines.
Also commonly known for best skin in and around the Cologne metropolitan area.
HE WILL TELL YOU THE WHYS
Renowned for his Eastern-European hat collection and fascinating technical know how, Marcel is the epitome of filmmaker.
We once sat with him in a bar after shooting, when he fiercely raised his finger and pointed out average age, gender and sleeping habits of the extras in Ben Hur and its correlation to modern filmmaking.
He can spend years breaking down a scene and is not only one of the best DPs we have met so far but also one of the most entertaining……
as long as his tremendous coffee consumption is guaranteed.
HE WILL TELL YOU THE HOWS
Patrick is a passionate portrait and commercial photographer.
He has that raw talent to promptly point out the grace and charisma in humans and puts it on film no matter how long that perfect shot will take him.
We can’t help but stating that he might have the most German work attitude of all of us,….in the good “why working with Germans is rewarding” way.
It is amazing to observe how this man combines an insanely punctual and accurate talent with a very creative mind.
It is like watching DaVinci racing in a Mercedes.
Also when life on set is at risk to get a little dull for whatever reason, he will cheer you up with a precise, sometimes frightening Klaus Kinski imitation.
HE WILL TELL YOU THE WHOS
